Super App Platform Advisor (SMP)

Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Super App, ensuring alignment with NEOM's overarching goals and vision. Collaborate with sectors, regions, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and develop roadmap. Identify and prioritize features that drive user engagement, adoption, and value creation across diverse stakeholder groups. Product Development & Management Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Super App, from ideation and MVP development to scaling and continuous optimization. Lead a multidisciplinary product team (including product managers, UX designers, and developers) to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Develop and maintain the business case for Super App platform development in line with the T&D technology strategy. Develop business cases for App development in close collaboration with the proponent. Leverage user research, data analytics, and market insights to refine and evolve the product to meet user needs and city requirements. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary liaison between the product team and senior leadership, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Represent Super App at all levels across NEOM. Foster partnerships with third-party developers, startups, and other organizations to integrate complementary services into the platform. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, privacy standards, and security protocols while designing and deploying the super app. Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Super App, ensuring alignment with NEOM's overarching goals and vision. Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products or platforms, preferably in smart cities, super apps, or similar industries. Strong understanding of user-centric design principles, data analytics, and agile development methodologies. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills . Ability to speak English and at least one other major European language.
