Technical Platform Associate (SMP)

Technical Expertise: Providing in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps) and capabilities. Solution Design & Implementation: Leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices. Configuration & Customization: Configuring and customizing the platform, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations using scripting languages like JavaScript. Integration: Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications, using technologies like REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and LDAP. Technical Guidance: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers. Client Communication: Collaborating with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management, to gather requirements and ensure successful solution delivery. Testing & Troubleshooting: Conducting system and integration testing, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is necessary. Min. 5 years of proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow, with in-depth knowledge of relevant modules. Strong understanding of scripting languages (JavaScript), web technologies, and integration patterns. Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations. Experience in managing and contributing to project timelines and deliverables. Understanding of ITIL best practices and their application within the ServiceNow platform.
