Tele Sales Consultant

Job Duties and Responsibilities • Outbound Calling:  Reach out to new leads, past buyers, and marketing campaign responses to pitch car models or automotive services. • Lead Conversion:  Answer questions regarding vehicle specs, pricing, and finance options to close deals or book showroom test drives. • Customer Support:  Handle inbound client inquiries, solve problems, and provide detailed information about car parts or vehicle availability. • CRM Management:  Log all client interactions, update contact databases, and schedule follow-up tasks using company software. • Target Achievement:  Meet daily call volume metrics, conversion quotas, and monthly revenue goals.
