As a Seasonal Usher at The Groves , Riyadh's premier lifestyle and entertainment destination, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within one of the Kingdom's most distinguished seasonal venues. As one of the first and last points of contact, you will serve as a brand ambassador, creating memorable first impressions through genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service. You will warmly welcome guests, provide guidance and assistance throughout the venue, and help ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless, safe, and enjoyable experience that reflects The Groves' commitment to excellence. This is a seasonal position running from 1 October 2026 to 10 March 2027 . Key Responsibilities • Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable welcome to every guest, creating a positive first impression of The Groves. • Assist guests with entry procedures, ticket validation, and front desk ticket sales. • Provide accurate information regarding attractions, dining venues, entertainment experiences, facilities, and event schedules. • Guide guests confidently throughout the venue, ensuring smooth movement and exceptional customer service. • Manage queues efficiently while maintaining a calm, organised, and welcoming environment. • Monitor access to designated areas and ensure entry protocols are consistently followed. • Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance to enhance the overall visitor experience. • Observe guest activity and promptly report incidents, concerns, or operational issues to supervisors. • Support venue safety procedures and respond professionally during emergencies or evacuations. • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation within assigned areas. • Uphold The Groves' premium hospitality standards by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail at all times. • Work collaboratively with colleagues across operations, security, guest services, and event teams to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.
