Windows System Administrator

As a Windows System Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Windows server environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Windows operating systems and will involve managing and troubleshooting server hardware, software, and networking components. You'll work closely with other IT staff to ensure high availability and performance of our systems, as well as support our users’ needs by providing excellent technical support. Key Responsibilities: • Manage, maintain, and monitor Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and availability. • Install and configure Windows OS and application software, applying updates and patches regularly. • Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, including hardware and software malfunctions. • Ensure data integrity by implementing and managing backup solutions and disaster recovery plans. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Active Directory. • Implement and maintain security measures to protect server data and systems, including firewalls and anti-virus tools. • Document system configurations, procedures, and changes in IT documentation. • Assist in planning and executing system migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
