Quality Engineer | Riyadh, KSA

We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Quality Department in Saudi Arabia. The role will support the Head of Quality in implementing quality standards and procedures across the factory, with a strong focus on inspection planning, non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare technical inspection plans and quality criteria for new products and processes in coordination with the Technical Office and Production teams. • Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points before manufacturing. • Analyze NCRs, rejection, and rework data to identify recurring issues and determine their root causes. • Prepare and update SOPs related to inspection and quality control. • Support technical investigations of complex or recurring complaints in coordination with Production and the Technical Office. • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness in the field. • Participate in the technical and quality evaluation of new suppliers before approval. • Prepare periodic analytical reports on quality KPIs, including rejection rates, recurring defects, and closure time. • Provide field training to Quality Inspectors on new inspection standards and equipment when required.
