Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure that construction works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities ● Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications. ● Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards. ● Track project progress and ensure compliance with the construction schedule. ● Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve site-related issues. ● Inspect construction materials and completed works to ensure compliance with quality standards. ● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site. ● Monitor site requirements for materials, equipment, and tools, and coordinate their availability when needed. ● Prepare daily and periodic site progress reports, highlighting completed activities, challenges, and delays. ● Follow up on technical observations, corrective actions, and outstanding site issues. ● Maintain proper site organization, housekeeping, and material storage. ● Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and report construction progress and operational challenges to the project management team.
