Technical Trainer

seeking qualified and experienced Industrial Vocational Training Instructors (TT1) to join a Saudi government-backed Vocational & Technical Institute project in KSA. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering technical training programs through both theoretical classroom sessions and practical workshop training, ensuring effective learning outcomes and maintaining high training standards. Available Positions: • Technical Trainer TT1 – Pipefitting • Technical Trainer TT1 – Mechanical • Technical Trainer TT1 – Welding • Technical Trainer TT1 – Rigging (3 Months Short-Term Contract) Job Responsibilities: • Deliver technical training courses based on approved curriculum through classroom and workshop sessions. • Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and practical training activities. • Apply effective teaching methods to engage trainees and achieve learning objectives. • Manage the workshop and classroom training environment to ensure safe and effective delivery. • Assess trainees’ technical performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes. • Maintain accurate training records and assessment documentation. • Ensure availability and suitability of training equipment, tools, consumables, and training aids. • Continuously update technical knowledge and enhance instructional delivery skills. • Support continuous improvement of training programs while maintaining quality and safety standard
